What is a Deposited Plan?

A Deposited Plan is also known as a Linen Plan or a Subdivision Plan. This is a plan that is prepared by the Registered Surveyor and is registered with the NSW Land Registry Services (LRS) to create new Torrens Title lots. The plan defines the new lots.
